Preliminary free phone/skype consultation
Duration: 30-45 minutes

You, our client, contact the Ukrainian Mediation Center (UMC) in any convenient way for you. You will be contacted by our Coordinator for Mediation and Design of dispute resolution for free telephone consultation.

Usually, during this consultation:

  • You briefly describe the situation;
  • The coordinator discusses the specifics of the mediation process and how this procedure can be applied to your situation (or the UMC can offer you a different type of service);
  • You discuss with the coordinator whether it is possible to involve the other party in the dispute resolution process through negotiation;
  • You set up a meeting for the first negotiation session and discuss the necessary preparations for it.

Whatever method of communication you choose, please provide us with the following information:
• Your first and last name;
• Your contact number;
• The area in which the dispute arose;
• A brief description of the dispute subject and the reason for contacting the Center;
• Convenient day and time for a phone call with the UMC Coordinator for Mediation and Design of dispute resolution.
