The training program will provide participants with the ability to professionally mediate in a business environment. Participants will gain knowledge of the basic methods and techniques of mediation, which are particularly relevant to management and work, as well as solid professional knowledge of business mediation, theoretical and cognitive bases in interdisciplinary and international issues. Personal experience is deepened and analyzed through role play, teamwork, supervision and internship. The content of the program is based on the ethical and professional principles of the Federal Association "MEDIATION e.V. (VM) », Germany.
